Counselling can be overwhelming for those who have never participated in a therapy session. Different therapists handle their sessions differently. Here’s what you can expect from your counselling sessions:
The first part of your session will be about getting to know each other and helping connect personally. After that, you’ll probably talk about what’s concerning you to lay the foundation for delving into the issue. Finally, you’ll establish your expectations from the therapy session, your needs, and the problems you want to address in your counselling session.

Relationship counselling $160.00 per hour
Family counselling $170.00 per hour
EAP counselling $176.00 per hour
NDIS counselling $176.00 per hour
